Does it happen all the time? Did you try running it with the debug switch??

Be sure to check your config files to be sure that you have the proper setting. I made this mistake about a week ago...

Check ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs
and /etc/mail/spamassassin/local/cf for "use_razor2" and make sure it's set to 1 not 0
