If you look at the rules, you'll see that most (all?) of these FORGED_MUA_* rules check the X-Mailer/User-Agent header against the format of the Message-ID. Open a bug in the Bugzilla and attach a copy of a genuine mail, making sure that you include the X-Mailer and Message-ID headers (though obviously you should include the rest of the headers too).
