You could also do a custom rule, but that's likely to be overkill. I'd only try it if whitelist_from_rcvd doesn't work out.
Also, current versions aren't nearly as bad as older ones about tagging "clueless AOL-user" type emails, so if you're using something old like 2.31, you should try out 2.55 or 2.43 (it's a bit old, but it does work if you're scared of the 2.5x series still).

Would it be possible to whitelist his email address as an expression? Or write a custom test that -10000 or something?
