[SAtalk] Whitelist an expression?

Someone high up in my company writes email exclusively in all-caps, 
utters countless profanities, and has been known to use more than five 
consecutive exclamation points on a regular basis.

That said, his emails score ridiculously high on the standard 
spamassassin tests.

I could whitelist his address, but I'm afraid that emails replied to 
his will be taken as spam instead

Would it be possible to whitelist his email address as an expression?  
Or write a custom test that -10000 or something?
