Mostly what y'all do is on this side of brilliant, so I'll stick with it. It isn't "a newly started development version" anyway, any more than 2.50-CVS was originally. It's a follow-on from 2.50 and I was always streets out ahead of 2.4x with 2.50. > > I also read Theo's "install 'DB_File' or things might not work" posting, > > so I did a CPAN install of that at the same time. I once *knew* a Theo van Dinter (with a small "v" as it should be, Sigma Coatings, Uithoorn). But he is/was Dutch, and his English is/was suspect. However, at that time my Dutch was also suspect, so I can't really judge. The latter isn't so, any longer. Justin says he's Irish; there's a big difference. Apparently GDBM_File doesn't work as it should. Obviously it did for me. > > However, I've now started noticing things that I didn't notice before. > > During training, bayes_msgcount increased to somewhere around 4,500 and > > then dropped back to zero and began again. In the mean time, I'll chase y'all (jullie in Dutch) up.
