Here's an excerpt from one that got by SA (version 2.43). I've never seen
this tactic before, though maybe someone else has. It scored a 4.8.

  <br>
  Hi , c23mts<br>
  <br>
  YOUR DE<!--c23mts-->GREE M<!--c23mts-->AY B<!--c23mts-->E
  CL<!--c23mts-->OS<!--c23mts-->ER TH<!--c23mts-->AN YO<!--c23mts-->U
  THI<!--c23mts-->NK<br>We remove the obstacles that cause adults to
  abandon hope.<br>DID YOU KNOW that you could earn your legitimate
  Asso<!--c23mts-->ciate's, Bach<!--c23mts-->elor's, Mas<!--c23mts-->
  ter's or even<br> Doct<!--c23mts-->orate degree, utilizing your
  already existing professional or ac<!--c23mts-->ademic expertise?<br>

The gaps seem to be randomly spaced. While the obfuscating comments are
all identical in this instance, I suppose there's no reason that they
couldn't be random in some future incarnation.
