Hrm...why on earth would you do that? You're dropping the spam, but sending a message that says that they may have been spammed? That doesn't make any sense. What if it wasn't spam and they want to retrieve the message? As has been discussed many times before, dropping spam is a risky proposition at best, who knows what might have accidentally been marked as spam. At the very least, install SA and test it before implementing such policies. IMO, tagging is a much better idea. Let the users filter their mail based on the tag. As for sending a message indicating that they may be spammed...why waste the bandwidth?
