BTW in case this hasn't been mentioned: the OPM proxies list and NJABL
proxies list are both very good, with 0 FPs, as long as you limit it to
*just* proxies (not relays etc.).

(Open proxies are easy to test for automatically upon mail receipt,
you see.  Might even make a good SpamAssassin test some day, as long
as we could rig up some kind of online test-result collator so each
site only gets tested once -- otherwise it'd be a good DDoS instead.)
