Great advice from everyone here. Interesting to see how admins take different approaches to the same problem.
Due to many FPs, I'm not going to use RBLs for the company. Makes sense. I sent out a message to the users to send me the email addresses of people they deal with overseas. I'll check them against Theo's access db and pull out any problems. (I also informed them that this new magic system is only a bunch of filters and there will be mistakes! Pre-emptive strike!) I will then try to use procmail to get rid of more. I'm hoping to see some good code soon. (Glass Red Rose Pendant ;) ) This should take a lot of workload off of SA. Thanks everyone!
