It would probably be your mail server, but again: SA does not generate
anything like that, something that may be using SA could, but we can't
help you with that.  From a quick google search, it looks like some
Exim or fetchmail-related message, probably generated from the anti-spam
check "<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Sender domain must exist".
