SpamAssassin does *not* send mails. It's some other piece of software, probably your mail client (MUA) or your mail server software (MTA). If that is the content, I'm not certain that your software is replying to the spam. It sounds more like you are receiving mail that is a reply to your own email (being rejected as spam) or some sort of server misconfiguration.
