After identification by the group that Net::DNS needed to be installed
for RBL usage to work, I've re-run the command:
spamassassin -tD < sample-spam.txt and a snippet of the output is:

debug: Ran run_rbl_eval_test rule RCVD_IN_OSIRUSOFT_COM ======> got hit
debug: Ran run_rbl_eval_test rule X_OSIRU_DUL ======> got hit
debug: Ran run_rbl_eval_test rule X_OSIRU_DUL_FH ======> got hit
debug: running meta tests; score so far=22.3
debug: is spam? score=22.3 required=10
tests=ALL_CAPS_HEADER,CALL_FREE,DATE_IN_PAST_24_48,DRASTIC_REDUCED,FROM_
HAS_MIXED_NUMS,HOME_EMPLOYMENT,INVALID_DATE,INVALID_MSGID,LINES_OF_YELLI
NG,MSGID_HAS_NO_AT,NO_REAL_NAME,ONCE_IN_LIFETIME,RCVD_IN_OSIRUSOFT_COM,R
EMOVE_SUBJ,SMTPD_IN_RCVD,SPAM_PHRASE_21_34,UNDISC_RECIPS,X_OSIRU_DUL,X_O
SIRU_DUL_FH

This all seems fairly positive, except that my spamassassin user prefs
file is:
required_hits 10
rewrite_subject 1
subject_tag {** SPAM SCORE= _HITS_ **}
skip_rbl_checks 0
score RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET    10
score RCVD_IN_RELAYS_ORDB_ORG   11

In other words, where are the checks being executed against spamcop and
ordb and why are checks run against osirusoft? I thought by having the
'score RCVD...' in my user prefs file, that instructed SA to check those
blacklist databases.

What am I missing?
