When I try this as myself (a normal user called mark):
cat /root/.cpan/build/Mail-SpamAssassin-2.01/sample-spam.txt | spamc | more

Here are the interesting lines:

X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=32.1 required=7.0
        tests=UNDISC_RECIPS,FROM_HAS_MIXED_NUMS,MSGID_HAS_NO_AT,

SMTPD_IN_RCVD,INVALID_MSGID,ALL_CAPS_HEADER,NO_REAL_NAME,
              INVALID_DATE,HOME_EMPLOYMENT,DOUBLE_CAPSWORD,
              ONCE_IN_LIFETIME,CALL_FREE,REMOVE_SUBJ,LINES_OF_YELLING,

FREQ_SPAM_PHRASE,DATE_IN_PAST_24_48,RCVD_IN_OSIRUSOFT_COM,
              AWL
        version=2.31
X-Spam-Flag: YES
X-Spam-Level: ********************************

So as far as I can see, it's not using Razor....how can I rectify
this?

Here's what happens when I check it against razor-report:

[mark@ns mark]$  cat
/root/.cpan/build/Mail-SpamAssassin-2.01/sample-spam.txt | razor-check
-d -dl=3
 Razor-Log: Computed razorhome from env: /home/mark/.razor
 Razor-Log: Found razorhome: /home/mark/.razor
 Razor-Log: read_file: 15 items read from
/home/mark/.razor/razor-agent.conf
Nov 19 15:36:43.295140 check[15854]: [ 1] [bootup] Logging initiated
LogDebugLevel=3 to stdout
Nov 19 15:36:43.296489 check[15854]: [ 2]  Razor-Agents v2.20 starting
razor-check -d -dl=3
Nov 19 15:36:43.517445 check[15854]: [ 3] mail 1 is known spam.

So, as you can see, razor is installed and working ... just not
working with SpamAssassin.
