First, you'll want to upgrade SA to 2.43. Do this by running (as root): perl -MCPAN -e 'install Mail::SpamAssassin'
If you haven't already initialized CPAN on your system, it'll ask you a bunch of questions before it upgrades SA. Once that's done, take a look at /root/.cpan/build/Mail-SpamAssassin-2.43/procmailrc.example for how to set up your .procmailrc file.
