If you look at the headers it looks more like spam than anything
legitimately sent from spamcop.  This one looks particularly poor
since they did not even try to spoof being from spamcop.  Others like
this that I have seen have had spoofed from addresses.

A spammer probably got shut down due to efforts of spamcop (Yeah!
Rah, rah, go team!) and is trying to take revenge by spoofing them and
generating bad press for them.

I use spamcop and have donated to them at times.  Fighting spam takes
energy and resources and spamcop has been helpful to me.  Spamcop has
never solicited me.  I would recommend spamcop to people to help fight
the onslaught of spam.
