Since upgrading to the 2.4x versions (most recently 2.43 today) I have noticed a dramatic improvement in accuracy. Currently I am testing just on my own accounts, but I have been fortunate enough to have 100% correct classification of about 500 spams and who knows how many legit mails (I get a lot of mail). No false positives or negatives. I would think that is too good to remain true, but so far works fantastic for me!! I using a default installation except am not using Razor, and I did add Spamcop with a high score (4). I realize that there has been considerable debate about spamcop but I had been using it previously with very little problem on another system. I can only go by results.
