Hi,

I tried to install Mail-SpamAssassin-2.41 in my Linux machine for personal
use bu following the instruction in the INSTALL document:
in my home directory:
[unzip/untar the archive]
cd Mail-SpamAssassin-2.41
perl Make.PL PREFIX=~/sausr SYSCONFDIR=~/saetc
make
make install

and then test it by:
spamassassin -t < sapmle-nonspam.txt > nonspam.out

but get message like:
cannot open /usr/share/spamassassin/user_prefs.template: No such file or
directory at lib/Mail/SpamAssassin.pm line 801.
Failed to create user preferences file : No such file or directory
"/home/ghhu/.spamassassin/user_prefs" form default
"/usr/share/spamassassin.suer_prefs.template".
Failed to create default prefs file /home/ghhu/.spamassassin/user_prefs:
No such file or directory.

I don't know what's wrong with my installation procedure and how to fix it
in order to run spamassassin for personal use.

Thanks for your help
