There are still ways to analyse it.

1)  Analyse the headers.  Are the forged?  Did they come through a
blacklisted relay?

2)  Razor/DCC.  Have people reported this as spam?

3)  Analyse the HTML source.  eg. If the graphic is hosted on
bigandbouncey.com, there's a high chance of spam.

I don't think it'll be too much of a problem.
