Yes, but you need to do it at SMTP time. Once you accepted the EMail, it's too late to bounce it after that. IF you use exim, try SA-Exim: http://marc.merlins.org/linux/sa.html You may be able to do this on sendmail too with one of the milters (not sure if they allow you to bounce), but AFAIK, not on postfix or qmail.
