I use procmail, not mailscanner, so everything is done in procmail.

In a first stage, to get users used to SA, I delivered the spam as
well as non spam to them, only it had the usual SA tags added to
it. So people could see it really has a little number of false +ve and
they can gain confidence in the system.

After one month or so, I set-up the quarantine, as I said, all
procmail and some Perl scripts to do the summary:
