There's also this at the very top of the function:

return $self->{from_domain_in_received};
}
Is it possible that this value is not getting reset when spamd processes
a new message, so that once the rule is triggered, all messages get it?
I confess not to have studied the way spamd creates PerMsgStatus objects
very closely.
