While great ideas, they're not new. They're also known as "honey pot" addresses. You can either hide the link or boldly say "do not send mail to ..." right there. The target address can redirect directly to a spam submission address; you don't even have to handle the spam. Many folks recycle their still-working but no-longer-used addresses after a year or so and turn 'em into honey pots. Check around the web for "spamtrap" and "honey pot" and see what comes up.
