Hello, When running spamd I keep getting these messages in the system log file.
May 30 17:36:01 dagesh spamd[11059]: connection from localhost [ 127.0.0.1 ] at port 43093 May 30 17:36:01 dagesh spamd[22228]: Still running as root: user not specified, not found, or set to root. Fall back to nobody. What to do about it? I just installed SpamAssassin. When I added the folowing lines at the top of my personal procmailrc file all works great. :0fw | /usr/local/bin/spamassassin -P However I would like to make a site-wide install. So I start spamd and I edit the general procmailfile /etc/procmailrc. It now looks like this: :0fw | spamc ~ However spams don't get tagged. I'm starting to wonder if my mailconfig uses procmail for delivery. What if it's not?
