Craig, DCC isn't mentioned on

I added the following lines in my .spamassassinrc/user_prefs, but didn't
see how to turn on DCC.

score RCVD_IN_RBL               10
score RCVD_IN_RSS               1
score RCVD_IN_DUL               1
score RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET    4

SA will use razor and dcc automatically if it detects that they are
installed.
You don't need to edit anything (and I don't think you even need to
restart
spamd -- though perhaps you do).  There are some config-file options for
controlling both, and these are documented in the manpage for
Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf
