Try: http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/ and in particular: http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/README.postfix you can run amavisd-new without virus checking, just with SpamAssassin. Should be quite fast and easy to set up if you need site-wide central setup. Next version will make it easier to set it up with null virus checker, and add some more SA config controls. No body modifications though.
