I had this same question when I first installed SA on our mail server.  We
decided to let each user deal with tagged messages to catch
false-positives.  this allows them to build their own whitelists...

What I do is save the real spam to a folder and run a script written by
Theo Van Dinter called handlespam.  I don't have the url handy but if you
go to www.kluge.net/~felicity you should be able to find what you need...

It's been working very well for me.
