SpamAssassin will never reject email. This is a deliberate feature of
the product.

If you use procmail or something similar to test and mark email with
SpamAssassin you can use the results of that to do anything you want
with the resulting email.

I would strongly suggest, however, that you forward the email to the end
user so that they can make a judgment themselves about false
positives...
