Instead, I would change the rule to really be DATE_IN_FUTURE, leaving
the description alone, and add a DATE_IN_PAST rule which would allow
the GA assign a different score.  My guess is that messages from the
recent past will be less likely to be spam since they may just be
delayed messages.  Maybe increase the threshold for DATE_IN_PAST.
