I think one of the big difference of SA is that it is score based and
not a yes/no answer for each rule.

Now, a score has to be assigned for each rule, so the GA and as
importantly a corpus of spam/non-spam is used. But going into too many
details may also be confusing as most of the users will not need to
deal with the GA.
