% -body ONE_TIME_MAILING
/this\b.{0,20}\b(?:one|1).time\b.{0,20}\b(?:mail|offer)/i

/this\b.{0,20}\b(?:one|1).time\b.{0,20}\b(?:(?:e-?)?mail|offer)/i

1) I'm no regexp guru, so I'm sure that the former is necessary for some
reason even in light of the latter, but why not one that covers both with
something like

  ...(e-|)mail...

instead of two rules?

That's the idea.

2) "itty bitty"

3) Genie, not Aladdin (unless you're specifically referring to Aladdin
quoting him)

*grin*
