Check qmail-scanner 1.12.  It has added support for RAV command line scanner.  The 
code seems to be flaky though.  I have tested F-Prot and Sophie/Sophos now with 
qmail-scanner and both of those work just fine.

Yes, I know how RAV with qmail works.  But I'm trying to avoid this as I need 
qmail-scanner for what I am trying to do here (ie SpamAssassin globally).
