I'm using rav-qmail with spamassassin without issue. SA and RAV don't know about each other at all, nor should the have to. How are you trying to configure it? RAV for qmail uses a replacement qmail-inject which intercepts all messages. SA gets called in by the .qmail-default file for each domain, which means that mail is scanned before SA sees it.
