Ok, sounds like I need to librarize spamc.  Shouldn't be too hard.  Probably the
only tricky part will be modifying the makefile.

I'll slap together a .h file today and publish it through CVS (and send to the
spamassassin-devel list also).  Then I'll implement the API for the
connects-to-spamd version.
