I personally changed this:

This way it is possible to have user_prefs enabled. You may skip the
@${domain} if you stick on file-based user_prefs, but it is helpful if you
have your user_prefs for virtual users in mysql.
Note: I am not too sure I am using the right exim variables, but at least it
works for me.
