If you read the FILTER_README that came with Postfix then it will
rapidly become clear to you that this, in fact, is completely supported.

MIMESweeper allows gratuitous mangling of email that passes through it,
in the name of security.

Depends on your needs. I am happy to have end-users receive anything so
MIMESweeper adds nothing for me. For you it may be invaluable.

I should note that I don't use MIMESweeper so, as a result, don't know
anything about it's configuration.
