I would be interested in seeing this pop 3 proxy myself if you have a 
URL.  However, one of the big failings of proxies is that they don't work 
well for people who have multiple e-mail accounts at different 
locations.  In order to be able to work with that, you need to have a bump 
on the stack which will intercept pop 3/SMTP traffic and do the right 
thing.  I've found one vendor of a bump in the stack for Windows in South 
Africa but when I pressed them for documentation, they stopped responding.
