These are my settings... other than the rewrite_subject.  My users use that to 
filter in the mail client.

The problem is not that the emails get flagged as spam.  They end up with most 
of the headers in the body of the email.  I'm sending this email through IMP 
(web-based) and configured it to use sendmail instead of smtp to send, so 
hopefully this will work... but this is only a solution through IMP.

Any other help would be appreciated.  I can forward an grabled email to the 
list if you think that would help.
