Rarely; but I'm sure there are cases in which SpamAssassin may mistakenly
identify a received header as forged when it really is not.

You can think of it as lowering the score to account for false positives.
That doesn't accurately describe how a GA derives its scoring, but it's a
pretty good approximation of the effect that it has.
