I applies to the From: line, not the envelope -- SA never sees the envelope
info.

Well, I notice a couple things...  FROM_MALFORMED and TO_MALFORMED are
triggering, apparently incorrectly, and there is apparently a blank line in the
middle of the headers -- not sure if that's just a copy/paste bug or something
significant.

What do you see as output to the console if you start spamd there with the -D
option (and without -d), and then run a sample message through it?
