Thanks for the tip on extracting the existing messages. I'll have to move the existing "From:" line up above the "Received." The mailbox locking has me somewhat stumped tho... I thought the way I had things set up I'd get: POP3_server -> fetchmail -> procmail -> spamd -> sendmail_local -> mailbox, so I'm not sure where the mbox locking problem is occuring.
