Well, only the other week I knocked up a script to do just that (and posted about it to the qmail-users list.) Anyway, it's had a few mails sent through it and now that I've found and fixed a couple of snags I thought I'd let the SpamAssassin community know. It requires the '822field' program (from djb's mess822 package) but other than that should work with just about any qmail setup. I chose to use the spamc/spamd combination. Yes, it's a shell script and probably not the most efficient way of doing things but it works: http://www.gbnet.net/~jrg/qmail/ifspamh for the script.
