I don't think this is really appropriate -- if you already have the machine to run the Perl script on, you can also use it for local fetch and delivery. Also, SpamAssassin is not perfect -- some mail you want will get tagged as spam, others you don't want will get through (false positives and negatives). This is just a bad design all the way around, because under this scheme, false positives get deleted, which you certainly don't want. Build a local machine, use fetchmail, have your local clients pick up their mail that way. It's not that hard, especially if you already have a working box.
