Can I point out that it is probably possible to use spamassassin on Windows, if you run it under Cygwin (www.cygwin.com)? Although, I sort of run the cygwin project, I have never actually tried it. It should work, though. The gotcha is that you have to use UNIX tools like mutt/fetchmail/procmail to read the email so it wouldn't be a generic solution. Although, hmm, maybe you could configure things so that your PC downloaded email via fetchmail, filtered it using procmail, and then offered it to outlook via (something like) sendmail...
