Hey all, I just took a look at that message. formmail.pl on www.agn-e.com. I think we should add a test for Below is the result of your feedback form. It was submitted by (that's what tipped it off to me, even though I haven't used formmail.pl extensively. As for the discussion on dsbl.org (was that this list?), I think it would be good for someone to make a script that given the URL will make formmail.pl sites put themselves into dsbl :-).
