It's a list I've been brewing for the past 6 years or so.  Currently contains
almost 7800 networks, domains, and email addresses.  I use it on my personal
machine, and if you want to copy it, that's up to you.  All I can say is that
I block these people for good reason, either open relays or spam senders or
no postmaster/abuse etc ...  Interestingly enough, monsterhut isn't in there.
Neither is em5000.net.  Hmm.

It sadly gets an additional 10-20 entries a day...  I still don't understand
how I can possibly receive spam with all this blocking going on.
