I don't know about Accucast, but Delano is website automation software,
used AFAIK mostly for sending responses to web form submissions; e.g., for
do-it-yourself CRM software or tech support knowledge bases.  It's not 
fast/simple enough to be used for real bulk mailing.

I get a lot of perfectly innocent email that has this sort of disclaimer,
usually from people in the UK/Europe who are sending mail from their work
accounts.  I've *never* seen it in spam.
