No, the ones I saw looked like they were using compromised/misconfigured domain name servers to send from. The spammers send out a bunch of mail, collect the bounces, and are gone by the time the sysadmin notices or receives any complaints. The mail doesn't look like spam, so there may not be complaints. I only noticed because I saw a bunch of identical mail sent to nonexistent addresses in my domain.
