I get semi-regular bits of mail from fairly clueless users who follow
the "how to (un-)subscribe" instructions on mailing lists perfectly...
...then send the request to the mailing list itself. They are often
empty body but full subject.
There were also a couple of people at my former place of work that would
regularly send around badly spelled and punctuated message with an empty
body or content that read only 'TSSIA'.
