You're talking to the "lamer". Or perhaps I should say "The lamer is
talking to you".

Yes, I said that. In fact, it's a 100% accurate quote, with my full
permission given to pass it along. No, I won't back away from it. Perhaps
(probably, in fact) there are legitimate users in the tlds listed in the
test as it was proposed. That does not change the fact that there HAVE
NEVER been *ANY* legitimate emails sent from any of the tlds listed to any
of my several email addresses over the years I've been online. Let me say
that again another way: Any email that has arrived in my box from one of
those tlds has been spam *EVERY SINGLE TIME WITH NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER*.
That's been since before the time that there *WAS* such a thing as spam on
the internet.

Now, would you care to tell me again how I'm a lamer?

I'm sure, since you're coming from one of the tlds in the test, that you'll
argue the stance that if you're emailing from there, then others are as
well. That's all well and good, and I don't dispute that at all. If and
when I get a legitimate correspondent from one of those domains, I'll
cheerfully whitelist him, her, or them, as the case may be. However, you,
or 5 of your freinds, or 500 other people, or even 5 million, doesn't
change the fact that anything I've ever gotten from those domains in the
past has been spam. In fact, those tlds probably account for more than 75%
of the spam I've had hit my mailbox in my 'net-lifetime.

Still want to call me a lamer?

Feel free. I'm willing to discuss it. But make sure you "discuss", not
"just cuss". Spewing ad hominem attacks at me will just land you in my
killfile along with the rest of the spam.

I'll let you and/or the moderator decide if the discussion should be on or
off the list. However, since you "fired the first shot" on the list, that's
where I'm responding.
