It strips out the spam-reporting stuff.

btw, if anyone wants them, I have (rather ugly) patches that add a
`razor_program' configuration option, so that users can send the
stripped message through razor-report or some other program. (I've done
it because I have a script that batches up razor reports and flushes
them up to Razor when I'm online.)

They're not tested yet because I'm still trying to winkle out that
db_based_whitelist-triggered bug in libdb before I start using
SA. (Perfectionist?  Moi?)
